Anglophile Japanese coachbuilders Mitsuoka have retouched the Mazda MX-5 to give it a classic look, and named it Himiko after an ancient Japanese queen. Changes made are mostly cosmetic, and Mitsuoka have not changed the engine or powertrain of the Mazda. Apart from changes to the body, the coachbuilders have retouched the interiors of the roadster for a more authentic look. The Himiko is available in Japan for a price of 6.65 million Yen, or $71,000.
